Mr. Mahavir Toshniwal has a practical exposure in coordinating with the Exchanges, SEBI, NSDL and CDSL with respect to Regulatory Compliances. He has adept in ensuring the adequacy, appropriateness and data handling of KYC, E-KYC, due-diligence and following up actions for any irregularities. He is an adroit in dealing with merchant bankers, auditors and legal counsels.
